Kate McLean is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is currently running the adult DBT IOP at Silver Hill Hospital since January 2016.  She received her MSW from Rutgers University after completing her BA at Southern CT State University. Her first experience with DBT was in 2010 where she worked with the DBT Center of NJ as they implemented a DBT PHP/IOP at a local agency. In 2013, Kate led a team where she was intensively trained in DBT. Kate has been working in various levels of care providing DBT to both adults and adolescents since.
