Fran has worked in the field of child/adolescent treatment for 30 years.  She has been at Four Winds Hospital for the past 11 years and currently is the Director of Clinical Education and Adolescent DBT Services for the hospital.  She participated in the DBT Intensive Training in 2008 and has been to a number of more advanced trainings since that time.  Fran also participated in a week long Advanced Intensive with Marsha Linehan in 2013. She has been instrumental in developing the Four Winds Hospital inpatient DBT program and has been the Team Leader for three separate Consultation Teams at Four Winds.
