Megumi currently serves as a Gender Specialist at United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Guyana. She has led various women’s financial empowerment projects, especially in the field of access to finance and sustainable livelihood. She possesses more than 8 years of experience in professional settings, empowering displaced, rural, and immigrant women through programs and policies, and has worked with for-profit, non-profit, international and government organizations in East Asia, Southeast Asia, North America, and South America. As an alumna of CSSW class of 2018, she concentrated in Social Enterprise Administration within the field of World of Work.
