Conversion of Dates

Conversion of Islamic and Christian Dates, calendar conversion tool created by Johannes Thomann for the Institute of Oriental Studies at Zurich University, 1996-2010.  The enlarged version comprised the Coptic, Persian (Era of Yazdigird), Islamic lunar (AH), and Ottoman māliyyah calendars, but since Fall 2013 the page with these conversion tools is not any longer available at: http://www.ori.uzh.ch/services/calendar.html.  Unfortunately the snap shots preserved through the Wayback Machine of the Internet Archive merely document its contents.  The Middle East Librarians Association (MELA) keeps the Islamic calendar conversion tool on its website at: http://www.mela.us/hegira.html
