We have begun applying the methods developed and validated for influenza forecast to other infectious diseases. In particular, we have recently developed model-inference frameworks to simulate and forecast Ebola, respiratory syncytial virus, and West Nile virus. Some of these predictions have been operationalized and posted in real time as they are generated at cpid.iri.columbia.edu
