We are a group of employees from the International Research Institute for Climate and Society (IRI) that aim to reach traditionally under-resourced communities. Currently partnering with the several New York City schools and the Nyack community, we aim to bring outreach and educational activities to local New York communities centered around bringing materials focused on the interface between climate and human systems like climate variability and change, climate services, climate justice, and climate health among others.
