COVID-Response-Tech Digital Social Work  Summary: We are looking for a social work student to work with us as part of the design research process for a tool we are working on to help volunteers at frontlinefoods.org plan meal deliveries to hospitals nationally in the USA (currently in 47 cities).The role would include: * meeting with users of our tool and with members of our engineering team * understanding the communities impacted by our users' use of the tool * assessing needs of the impacted communities (in this case likely healthcare workers and restaurant workers) * identifying risks * helping our users incorporate an understanding of those risks into their use of the tool * helping bocoup incorporate an understanding of risks into usability findings to direct changes to the tool Timeline * Bocoup was brought onto this project last Wednesday, April 15th and are being asked to pilot this week. * We have a usability test and potential pilot this week with our first user of the tool (a planner in Portland...
