The History Department, the Economic History Forum and the Medieval-Renaissance Seminar present a talk by Peter Stabel, History Faculty, University of Antwerp.
“Working Women and Guildsmen in the Flemish Textile Industries (13th and 14th century): Gender, Labor and the European Marriage Pattern in an Era of Economic Change.”
The talk will be held March 20, 4:30 pm, at College Hall 209. The pre-circulated paper is posted on the history department web-site here.
The format of the seminar is for the speaker to give a 5-minute introduction, followed by one or two 5-10 minute respondents. Then the floor is open for question and discussion.
