The New York History of Science Lecture Series is pleased to present a lecture by Joseph Dauben (CUNY Graduate Center): “Science and Art in China: Li Matou (Matteo Ricci), Land Shining (Giuseppe Castiglione) and the Influence of Western Geometry and Mathematical Perspective on Early Qing Dynasty Mathematicians and Artists.”

The lecture will take place at 6pm on April 27th at the New York Academy of Sciences.
