Medieval Forum Meeting

The Medieval Forum is proud to announce that Sarah Kay, currently in NYU’s French department, will be speaking with us at the end of the term (in April) about her current interests concerning bestiaries and their manuscript context. With that in mind, we’re going to use our first two meetings to prepare for her talk.

We think our first meeting should be dedicated to discussing her two most recent published articles about this topic, and how she has refined her approach to this particular area of study. For these articles, email [email protected].

We put that question to you: after reading the attached articles, what texts (primary or secondary) would you like to put in conversation with one another in the larger context of our Forum? Please think about it, and we can discuss this at the first meeting of term on Wednesday, March 7, 6:30-8:00pm in Room 505 of 19 University Place.
