Professor Harlow is Guest Professor (2011-12) at the Centre for Textile Research (CTR), University of Copenhagen and Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Archaeology and Antiquity, University of Birmingham. Her numerous publications focus on stages of Roman life and ageing as well as several studies of dress, including her forthcoming Dress and Identity (Oxford: Archeopress).
