On Tuesday, April 8, Jonathan Dollimore will be delivering an English Department Lecture that will be of interest to many of us (“Literature Reading Philosophy: Nietzsche, Wilde, Freud and the Violence of Desire,” at 4:30 pm in Fisher-Bennett Hall 401). The following evening, on Wednesday, April 9, Med/Ren will host an additional event with Jonathan in coordination with the Mods, Gen/Sex, and Theorizing reading groups. We’ll convene at 5pm in the English Department Graduate Lounge in Fisher-Bennett Hall, Room 330.

While the conversation on Wednesday may pick up in certain ways on Jonathan’s Department lecture the night before, it won’t be necessary to have been at the lecture to participate. Jonathan has precirculated his forthcoming Jonathan Dollimore in Conversation, which is available via a Pennkey-protected link on the Med-Ren website. We are also happy to provide electronic copies via email upon request: <[email protected]>

This event will be followed by a reception.
