Tuesday, February 9th, 5:30 pm, Columbia University Seminar in the Renaissance: Louise Rice (NYU) will speak at Faculty House on: “The Natural Magic of Magnets: Images of Attraction in Seventeenth-century Rome.” Professor Rice’s talk will be followed by dinner in Faculty House at 7 pm ($25 by Check to Columbia University) for those wishing to continue the discussion with the speaker.
