“The Body, the Immaterial, and the Greek Vase”

Professor Gaifman kindly shared an abstract of her upcoming talk with us:
“The paper examines some of the ways in which Greek vases articulate the physical presence of the immaterial.”
The evening will begin with drinks at 5:45 PM at the fourth-floor dining room of Faculty House, followed by dinner at 6:15 PM. Note that the price of the meal is $25, payable by check to “Columbia University.”
