Originally published in 1969, the Jeu de Rabelais was recently republished in a new and expanded form in 2014 with a preface by Tom Conley (Paris: L’Herne, 2014). To rediscover this important work and explore its impact on the history of Rabelais Studies, scholars from Harvard, Barnard, NYU, and Rutgers will gather for a panel discussion. All welcome.
