Description: Learn about the revolutions in next-generation sequencing technologies powering a litany of algorithms in order to answer the most complex biological questions of our time. In this workshop we will explore the operations of algorithms in a typical bulk RNA sequencing pipeline as an introduction to the field as a whole.
