Data Manipulation in Excel using Pivot Tables and VLookUp

Natalie Tang (MPA 2012) and Saira Qureshi (MDP 2012) will be leading a training session on data manipulation within excel. Saira will be going over how to prepare a data set for optimal searching and sorting, using pivot tables to display required fields and generating custom calculated fields to view specific information. Natalie will be showing you how to use VLOOKUP efficiently in order to link across sheets and workbooks. She will also go over common errors encountered when using this function.
