About Me

I am an Assistant Professor in the Managing People in Organizations Department at IESE Business School. Before joining IESE, I was a Post-Doctoral Research Scholar in the Management Division at Columbia Business School. I completed my Ph.D. in Psychology at Columbia University and I received my B.A. from McGill University. My research focuses on shared reality in interpersonal relationships between new acquaintances, between close partners, and between coworkers.

I like to travel, dance to experimental electronic music, practice reiki, and shoot analog double-exposure photography. You can find me on twitter.

How on earth do you pronounce “Rossignac-Milon”?
