Below are descriptions of my relevant teaching roles and responsibilities. 

Lecturer in Discipline (Barnard College)

Hispanic Cultures I: From the Making to the Burning of Books (SPAN UN3349)

    • Undergraduate survey course
    • 75-minute classes meet twice a week.
    • Developed syllabus, assessments, and prepared course materials.
    • Also planned and led field trips in NYC to visit historic archival institutions.

Advanced Language Through Content: Underground Iberia (SPAN UN3300)

    • Undergraduate language course designed to promote an intensive exposure to advanced Spanish.
    • 75-minute classes meet twice a week.
    • Developed syllabus, assessments, and prepared course materials.
    • Also planned and led culture based field trips in NYC.
