Officially recognized by the Columbia University Student Governing Board in December 2009, Campus in Context is a campus group determined to provide students with a diverse multifaceted view of the Middle East. CIC allows students to create their own educated opinions, affording an even ground for students on campus to feel comfortable discussing the Middle East.

Campus in Context at Winterfest
Last semester, we introduced our new name and new look at Barnard's WinterFest! The group braved the cold winds and handed out chocolate and surveys, the results of which are being analyzed right now. Check back soon for the results!
Navigating our New Site
Our homepage is a bit of everything - photos from our events, brief descriptions, info, etc. Under About Us, you can read our mission statement or find out about our members. The Upcoming Events tab is an up-to-date list of all the Middle East related events taking place on campus. Event Reviews are just that - review of events we've listed.
