A very special shout-out to David (the no-longer anonymous “friend” in the posts) for letting me drag you to all of these restaurants–not sure that I could’ve tried as many dishes as I did if I didn’t have you help me finish everything. Also thank you for painstakingly taking notes and pictures while I rushed around the kitchen making the momos (also thanks for not having high standards and for eating the various batches). Expect many more in the future!
