Subekshya Bidari, PhD
Post-doc Research Scientist (July 2022 – May 2024)

Subekshya received her PhD and MS in Applied Mathematics from University of Colorado Boulder. For her postdoc training in the Yang Epi-Modeling Group, Subekshya worked on developing models of measles transmission focusing on the effects of household structures in the transmission pathways, and factors driving recent measles epidemic dynamics in the US and globally.  Dr. Bidari joined the CDC’s Center for Forecasting and Outbreak Analytics, after her postdoc training at Columbia.

Jianjiu “JC” Chen, PhD
Post-doc Research Scientist (Oct 2020 – April 2024)

JC received his MPhil and PhD from the School of Public Health at the University of Hong Kong. At Columbia, he worked on multiple projects, including modeling measles epidemic dynamics in China, and early-onset cancer in the US.  Dr. Chen joined Insilico Medicine (Hong Kong), after his postdoc training at Columbia.

 

Isabella (Lulu) Zhang
Staff Associate (2020-2022)
Lulu received an MPH in Chronic Disease Epidemiology at Mailman and worked as a staff associate in the team on the cancer project during 2020 – 2022.
