Congratulations to our own Sarah Bryden (History & Linguistics) and Katie Liu (Computer Science & Linguistics), who were selected for Class of 2026 Junior Phi Beta Kappa (PBK)!
The selection of Junior PBK is one of the highest academic honors for undergraduates, recognizing their exceptional scholarship. Each year, ten percent of the Columbia College graduating class is elected to PBK membership. Two percent — Junior PBK — are elected in the fall, and the remaining eight percent are elected in the spring.
