 Group Hydropotomous: They look like a fun group of people

jess

Jessica Cohen: In charge of the purchases, budgeting, and organization of the Hydropotomous team. She also contributed to the design and testing of the device. Jessica is a native of Bay Shore in Long Island, NY and will work for Boeing in Seattle upon graduation.

Jamie Collier: In charge of design and fabrication. Jamie is originally from somewhere in Delaware.

bikesh

Bikesh Dahal: Is a mechanical engineering student from Nepal. He came to United States in 2009 after  high school. My interests are energy systems in buildings, alternative energy, and sustainable management. He is also interested in programming.

Bikesh was in charge of the electronics aspect of the project. His main responsibility was to ensure that the entire feedback system for the plants was functioning smoothly. The feedback control system included pH sensor, Electrical Conductivity sensor, pH up and down solution, and nutrients. He was also in charge of controlling all the other electronics used in the project such as pumps, lighting, and display. The feedback control system, electronics, and display were controlled through the use of Arduino, relays, and other required components.

Benjamin LeBlanc: In charge of website, fluid and stress analysis . He also contributed to design aspects and testing for the device. Ben is a native of Saranac Lake, NY and will be working for a start-up after graduation.
