Real time power metering early results

Now that the electrical metering is in place, we have some early graphs of power use over time:

- IT equipment power (including UPS overhead) for most equipment in the server room (2 panels are fed from elsewhere).

- Power used by AC1&2 air handlers in the 1st floor mechanical room.

- Power used by 2nd floor server room CRAC units
