Alexander Lee, JD, PharmD, MS, 340B ACE, Esq.

A licensed pharmacist in twelve states and U.S. territories—and someone who knows the law well enough to be admitted to the New York State Bar. Arguably one of the least technical data analytics students in Columbia University’s history, I began my Master of Science in Applied Analytics with minimal background in coding, mathematics, or statistics. While I remain an amateur in ETL and programming, I’ve developed a strong skill set in interpreting, applying, and communicating data insights.

I currently serve as the Network Director of 340B Program at Westchester Medical Center Health Network, overseeing multiple disproportionate share hospitals, rural referral center, and critical access hospital, where I utilize my legal, pharmacy, and data analytics training to minimize pharmacy spending while maximizing institution’s 340B program savings and revenues as the Federal 340B Program’s intent is for the covered entities to stretch limited federal resources to reach more eligible patients and provide more comprehensive care. I recently began an MBA program at Johns Hopkins University to deepen my understanding of finance and business strategy, with the goal of maximizing my contributions to our health system and the vulnerable populations we serve.
