Hey everyone, Glad to see everyone on campus, and tonight we had our General interest meeting! The year has many events in store, both Quarto’s and other organizations on campus. Here’s one this Thursday that looks great: An Evening with Chinese Poet Yu Jian introduced by Professor Lydia H. Liu 403 Kent Hall, Thursday September 16, 7-9 PM Flyer after the jump! Our thoughts and consolations go out to JD Salinger, a fellow Columbia writer, who sadly passed away at the ripe age of 91 on January 27, 2010. He will be missed very much by all who have had the privilege to experience his youthful and boisterous prose.
