Global climate risk under contrasting RCPs by the end of the 21st century Global warming levels considered are ~1.6 °C for mean RCP2.6 and ~4.3 °C for mean RCP8.5 by the end of the 21st century relative to pre-industrial (1850–1900)35,36 levels. Sea-level rise considered is +43 cm and +84 cm compared to present day (1986–2005).
