I am an Associate Research Scientist at Columbia University Data Science Institute (DSI) working with Prof. Smaranda Muresan and Prof. Kathy McKeown.
I received my PhD degree from Computer Science Department at George Washington University under the supervision of Prof. Hyeong-Ah Choi. After I got my PhD, I worked as a Visiting Research Scholar in Prof. Melanie Mitchell ‘s group at Portland State University on the Visual Situation Recognition Project. I also have many years of experience in the industry including Federal Reserve Board.
