Dear friends, we hope you will join us to celebrate Kulturni Dan on Saturday, February 8, 2014, 5pm-7pm, at Marlene Tavern in Sunnyside, owned and operated by Slovenian Ana Kitic.
We plan to sing Slovenian songs and read Prešeren’s poetry in Slovene – if you would like to perform or in some way contribute to the program, please let us know. Also, feel free to invite your friends, Slovenian, American and others! Finally, if you are planning to come, can you let us know byMonday, Feb. 3rd, so that we have a general idea of how many we will be and how to reserve seating?
