Name: Jacob Nye
Bio: Jacob Nye is a junior in SEAS studying biomedical engineering and pre-med. He’s involved on campus in several student organizations, including: Stressbusters, Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES), Project Eye-to-Eye Mentoring, and is a Super User at the Maker Space. He’s also a member of the ski team. He cares greatly about student groups and their role in creating environments that facilitate friendship, professional opportunities, and community.
Platform: As someone who’s involved with several student groups within SEAS, I’d like to improve the transparency between what ESC’s role is with its represented student groups and to make it easier to book space for SEAS student groups in Mudd and CEPSR.
