GRADUATE IMPROV TROUPE
GIT is a British slang for a silly, incompetent, stupid, annoying, senile elderly or childish person.
It may also refer to GRADUATE IMPROV TROUPE.
We are a new graduate group that offers free (!), weekly, long form improv training sessions as well as a fun social group to experience a variety of wacky improv events in Manhattan (upright citizens brigade etc.).
We hope to start a vibrant and fun group and an ideal platform for those who like acting/making jokes/to become better public speakers/ get more confidence on a stage or in front of a classroom/to have somewhere to play your stress away.
You do not have to have experience (although you’re welcome if you do) and it is free (unique for NYC).
If you’re interested or just want to know more, just send us an email right now to:
[email protected].
We will be meeting weekly on Wednesdays at 8PM, for the right location send us an email at [email protected]! You’re welcome to come by and try it out!
Have no clue what we’re talking about? Watch some famous people do it:

Hope to see you soon!
