Description:

Targets:

Learn & Practice basic SQL, Intro to Database

Requires:

Not have to know anything about SQL.

Attend 3 out of 4 meetings + Finish all assignments

Location + Time:

Math 207, 3:30PM

Textbook:

No textbook about SQL.

If interested in Database, read DB MGMT System online

  • Teach Basic Syntax for SQL;
  • Help Installing SQL;
  • Practice SQL

Week 2 (10/21/2017)

Meeting Tasks:

  • Teach Introduction to Database;
  • Project 1: Design a Database (1-2 per group)

  • Finish Project 1

Week 3 (10/28/2017)

Meeting Tasks:

  • Presentation of selected Groups;
  • Teaching More about SQL;
  • Begin Project 2, Team building (3 per group)
