Background:
We are holding a series of mock interview sessions across this semester to help the students to gain more comforts in their incoming interviews. We are aiming at providing a formal but learning environment for students to help each other acquire some essential interview techniques.
The mock interview will be conducted as group interview format holding six students during each session, which will last approximately an hour. The six students will be divided into two groups, and each group will take turns to interview the other group as well as answering questions raised by the other group. This way the students not only could familiarize themselves with the interview process and environment, but may learn from their peers by listening to how others address the same questions, and the best out of which they could also gain a refreshing mindset of the interview after being as an interviewer.
