A challenge is the ongoing under-representation of racial and ethnic populations in genomic research. She is co-editor of Revising Race in a Genomic Age and is faculty in the Stanford Program in Science\, Technology and Society. \nThis event is sponsored by the Center for Research on Ethical/Legal/Social Implications of Psychiatric\, Neurologic & Behavioral Genetics\, and the Department of Psychiatry\, Columbia University Medical Center.
