DESCRIPTION:Making Art\, Making Meaning in Fifteenth-Century Flanders is a workshop organized in conjunction with the exhibition The Charterhouse of Bruges: Jan van Eyck\, Petrus Christus\, and Jan Vos at the Frick Collection. The workshop will examine the making and meaning of art in fifteenth-century Flanders\, with the aim of considering the context of Jan van Eyck’s Virgin and Child with St. Barbara\, St. Elizabeth\, and Jan Vos. \nFree and open to the public.
