DESCRIPTION:This one-day conference recovers the histories and possible futures of anti-imperialist struggle. Conversations between scholar-activists and organizers will unearth hidden legacies of internationalist movements and reveal the potentials of decolonized feminist futures. Mary Helen Washington\, Distinguished University Professor in the English Department at the University of Maryland\, College Park\, and Vijay Prashad\, Executive Director of the Tricontinental: Institute of Social Research\, will deliver keynote addresses. \nThis event is free and open to the public.
