Science+Art+Design Workshop: Painting with Biopigments

Using naturally and artificially-pigmented bacteria and user-generated designs, you will create living images and patterns. These patterns will be pressed and fixed onto fabric. Printing: We will press and print our images onto fabric or paper and fix the image in place. Techniques in this workshop include Aseptic technique and antibiotic and artificial selection for microbes. Note: To see results and take home finished products, attendance at both sessions is required.
