Simple Zoom Attendance

Taking attendance in Zoom is now easier than ever before!

Prerequisites:

• You created the Zoom meeting
• Your Zoom account is linked to Columbia University

Step-by-step Process:

1. Visit columbiauniversity.zoom.us
2. Click “Sign in”
3. Click “Reports”
4. Click “Usage”
5. Navigate to the desired Zoom meeting
6. Scroll until you find the “Participants” column
7. Click the number (highlighted in blue) to view the names of attendees
