Diana Fathi (Dramaturgy 2021) and Rakesh Palisetty (Directing 2022) wrote a new adaptation of HEDDA GABLER by Henrik Ibsen for Rakesh Palisetty’s Directing Thesis. It runs Oct 21-23 at Lenfest Center for the Arts and a recording will become available on Five OHM Dec 2-6.

Christian Parker (Head of Dramaturgy, Theatre Arts 1998) directs THE HOUSE IN SCARSDALE: A MEMOIR FOR THE STAGE by Dan O’Brien September 29 at 8pm EST and will be on demand until October 3

Cristina (Cha) Ramos (Dramaturgy 2021) serves as the intimacy director of Barefoot Shakespeare Company’s virtual production of JULIA CAESAR, with performances until July 25.

Kate Foster Vishniakova’s (Dramaturgy 2022) play excerpt TEETH has a reading at Verge, a festival at Georgetown’s Lab for Global Performance & Politics on May 8 @ 7 pm EDT. Liz Peterson (Directing 2022), Dylan Gurrera (Dramaturgy 2022), and Alexis Williams (Dramaturgy 2023) will develop and stage the reading.

THE SLIDE SHOW, OR, A PETITION FOR THE POSITION OF ARTISTIC DIRECTOR AT A MAJOR SEAFOOD CHAIN AND OTHER THEATRICAL PRESENTATIONS, created by Andrew Agress (Dramaturgy 2022), Liv Rigdon (Dramaturgy 2022), and Amelia Johnson Jones (Dramaturgy 2022), will premiere at the Pittsburgh Virtual Fringe Festival on May 8 @  8pm EDT.

Dezi Tibbs’ (Dramaturgy 2023) theater collective THE VOID is seeking submissions for their new project “Informed & Entertained,” an online-cabaret series told in the style of a living newspaper
