As chair of CUCSD and a delegate to the UNFCCC for both COP 20 in Lima, and the historic COP 21 in Paris, Dawn has worked as thematic expert on climate change and development. Key engagement included mapping the Post-2015 process, its stakeholders, events and platforms by assisting in researching advocacy campaigns, key groups and influencers by region and sectors.
