DESCRIPTION:Presenters: \nLouisa Gilbert\, Associate Professor of Social Work (Bio) \nLaura Fernandez\, LMSW\, Clinical Director of Sanctuary for Families (Bio) \nModerator: Anindita Dasgupta\, PhD (Bio) \nDescription: This session will provide a brief overview of how social and economic consequences of COVID-19 are increasing risks for partner violence and how COVID-19 is creating challenges and opportunities for domestic violence services to pivot to reach\, engage and intervene with women at elevated risk for partner violence. During this session\, participants will learn basic core components of WINGS\, an evidence-based SBIRT brief intervention tool.
