DESCRIPTION:  \nThe Teachers College Center on History and Education is pleased to present the film Rubble Kings\, a 1970s story about the Bronx. Out of the rubble\, in a community let down by the promise of the civil rights movement\, where gang violence ruled\, the creative and political expression of hip-hop culture was born.
