DESCRIPTION:THE CONFINED ARTS\nAn art show to create a platform for currently and formerly incarcerated artists to display their work. \nCome join us for the opening reception of “The Confined Arts” on Friday night\, December 19th. \nWine and light snacks will be served. \n  \nREGISTER FOR FREE TICKETS HERE \nThe theme of the show is the “Incarcerated Arts” or “Art as It Relates to Incarceration”. \nUnder the umbrella of the theme will be: \nWorks of art (Painting\, poetry\, etc.) created by men and women while inside of prison.\nWorks of art created by formerly incarcerated individuals after their release.\nPrison-related pieces. These artists may not have done prison time.\nAs the theme of the show will make up the majority of the art work displayed\, be advised that the display of art in its totality will not be limited to the theme of the show.
