***FELLOWSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT***
The Charles B. Rangel International Affairs Graduate Fellowship Program awards fellowships toward tuition, room, board, books and mandatory fees for completion of a two-year master’s degree. (In 2015 the Rangel Program plans to award 30 fellowships of up to $35,000 annually.) The Fellowship welcomes applications from individuals who want to make a difference in the world through service as Foreign Service Officers in the U.S. Department of State.
