Tatiana Kouguell-Hoell

TATIANA KOUGUELL-HOELL is a second year MFA playwriting candidate at Columbia University. She graduated from Purchase College with a BA in playwriting and screenwriting in 2018. She has previously studied at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting, the University of Amsterdam and Prague Film School. Tatiana was a reader for the Harold Clurman Playwrights Division Committee and previously assistant directed Marionettes by Elizabeth M. Kelly (semi-finalist for The O’Neill National Playwrights Conference) at Ensemble Studio Theater. Her written work and original plays include Everything We Need To Talk About Before We Talk About Sex (The Tank Theater, Bedtime Plays, Ladyfest 2019), Interruptions (Or the play for Rosie’s women) (The Tank Theater, Ladyfest 2018), Ziggy’s New Modern Love (Purchase College), Amsterdam (Stella Adler Studio), and IRL (Devised with Nathaniel Adams, Stella Adler Studio). She is based in New York City.
