Gifts are still being counted, but one thing is clear — with a current total of $279.2 million in commitments, we blew past our $250 million year-end goal! We can all be proud of this One Columbia success, which represents efforts across all of our schools and programs. Thank you once again for all you do. Together we will accomplish so much more in 2015!
This year on 1 Columbia, we’ll spend more time exploring our goals for engaging alumni, creating and distributing Columbia content, making better use of data, becoming an employer of choice, and working together as One Columbia. And stay tuned — an ambitious new goal for fundraising will be announced soon.
Some exciting One Columbia events are already on the 2015 calendar.
- A prospect development session on the new planned giving scores, prospect complexity scores, and outside giving and philanthropic interests tomorrow at 12 p.m. in the Alumni Center’s Schapiro room
- Three sessions on how you can use data from Columbia Portraits in your work on January 12, January 21, and January 27
- Our all-staff meeting on Thursday, February 26, 2015, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
