Spring 2016 Call for Proposals

It is time for another round of grant proposals. If you are a graduate student who is interested in conducting an experiment at CELSS and are in need of funding, please complete this student funding application and send it to celss-manager@columbia.edu. If you are a junior faculty member who is interested in conducting an experiment at CELSS and are in need of a seed grant, please complete this faculty funding application and send it to celss-director@columbia.edu.

Please review your application carefully before submitting. The deadline for both applications is March 15th, 2016.

Ambuj Dewan and Nathaniel Neligh received a graduate student research grant for their proposal, “Discontinuities in Cognitive Costs.”

Pietro Ortoleva received a junior faculty research grant for his proposal, “Incomplete Preferences as a Deep Link for Behavioral Biases” (with Marina Agranov).

Fall 2015 z-Tree Tutorial

The lab’s semesterly z-Tree tutorial will take place on Friday, October 30th from 10 AM to 1 PM at CELSS (located in room 505 of the International Affairs Building) and will be given by Nathaniel Neligh. Lab Schedule Fall 2015

In the 2015 fall semester, the lab will be open for experiments at the following times:

  • Tuesday, 1 PM – 4 PM
  • Wednesday, 10 AM – 2 PM
  • Thursday, 10 AM – 6 PM
  • Friday, 1 PM – 6 PM

As always, please check the calendar in ORSEE before reserving time for an experiment.
