Name: Rizwan Syed 
Bio/Platform: Hello! After attending Wesleyan University for three years, I am now a rising senior majoring in computer engineering here at Columbia through the 3-2 Combined Plan Program. I am running for a seat on the ESC as a 3-2 representative, and am very excited about the great work we can get done in the months ahead, not just for the 3-2 community but for the greater Columbia community as well.
I have a proven record of leadership and many years of experience in student government, having most recently served as the Chair of the Well-Being Committee (Wesleyan Student Assembly) where I led or advised 7 successful initiatives to improve campus life. My platform is tried and proven – accessibility, transparency, and active feedback loops to make sure we’re doing our best in representing you.
