Poster Approval

2011 September 12
by Norita Mengu

The Process:

  • Please come anytime between 8 and 9:30 tonight.
  • Please bring TWO (2) paper copies of EACH poster/palm card sheet you are planning to print. Any poster of which you do not bring a paper copy with you tonight, you cannot post.
  • We will give you an e-form to Village copier for the appropriate amount. You will then go to Village copier with the e-form and get the number of copies you choose, up to the amount of money on the e-form.
  • If some of your posters are not approved (we rarely don’t approve a poster, but it can happen), you are free to redo them up until 9:30pm tonight when poster approval ends. Hence, it can be better for you to come on the earlier side.

Failure to come to poster approval will result in forfeiture of 10% of your posters (subject to initial quota).
